Coverage amounts in the Schedule of Benefits Chart may be modified up or down to best meet the needs and budget of businesses and other groups. Such coverage amounts increases and reductions would adjust the monthly premium making our economical healthcare coverage even more personalized for a group’s employees.

Our Flexible Planning Option is available to groups of 500 or more enrolled employees.
