Our Dental Discount Program provides you and your family discounts averaging up to 60% (compared to the American Dental Association surveys of usual and customary fees) on virtually all your dental needs including routine examinations and preventative care as well as cleanings, fillings, teeth whitening, crowns, bridgework, root canals, x-rays, braces for the kids and more.

Our dental provider networks are among the largest in the country and are composed of approximately 71,000 available dental practice locations nationwide. Each dentist has been screened to be certain he or she meets the highest professional standards.

Our Dental Discount Plan is a multi-tiered “fee-for-service” program where one has access to dentists under THREE distinct scenarios:

Tier 1) At select participating general practitioners across the country, one receives a no-charge dental exam and x-rays in conjunction with a paid annual cleaning. Participating providers abide by a fee schedule of fixed payments for most procedures saving from 25% - 60% off dental care services as compared to the American Dental Association surveys of usual and customary fees.

Tier 2) In the event a Tier 1 provider is not available in a given area, a secondary schedule of participating dentists may be available offering some of the lowest rates of any national dental network.

Tier 3) In the event a Tier 1 or Tier 2 dentist is not available in oneÕs area, one can call a Customer Care Consultant to locate a Tier 3 provider where available.

How you receive your dental discounts:

• First...Call us toll-free at 800-292-3797, ask for our Dental Discount Customer Service Center and tell us what you wish to purchase or the procedure you are considering. We will give you the discounted price you can expect to pay and we'll locate a provider for you near where you live or work. What's more, we'll call that provider in advance to alert them that you will be coming in for a visit so they will be expecting you!

• Second...When you visit you and or your family members must show your Discount ID Card which we send you when you become a member in our Dental Discount program. Your ID card is your means to show you are a member in our program and are entitled to the products and services you wish at the discounts to which you are entitled. There are no claim forms to fill out or deductibles to pay. It's that fast, easy and convenient.
