How you receive your vision discounts:

• First...Call us toll-free at 800-292-3797, ask for our Vision Discount Customer Service Center and tell us what you wish to purchase or the procedure you are considering. We will give you the discounted price you can expect to pay and we'll locate a provider for you near where you live or work. What's more, we'll call that provider in advance to alert them that you will be coming in for a visit so they will be expecting you!
• Second...When you visit you and or your family members must show your Discount ID Card which we send you when you become a member in our Vision Discount program. Your ID card is your means to show you are a member in our program and are entitled to the products and services you wish at the discounts to which you are entitled. There are no claim forms to fill out or deductibles to pay. It's that fast, easy and convenient.
